Great day out with Nino - We enjoyed this tour a lot. Our driver Nino was excellent, with impressive English language skills and local knowledge, which he presented humorously. He was clear and precise in instructing the group of 8 people where to meet him after each step of the tour, and was always there and waiting for us. In addition, Nino was a careful and safe driver, and was attentive to everyone's needs. The offered optional lunch was tasty and good value, €20 for 3 courses including wine and water. I regret that we did not take up the offer of the optional boat trip, which would have been fun & good value at €20 each. Unfortunately, we didn't know the other members of the group, nobody instigated a group discussion about it, and as Nino didn't want to hassle us, the opportunity was missed. It was a good way of getting an idea of the flavour of various towns on the Amalfi coast without having to make your own way there. I recommend taking up the offer of the boat trip in time.

Great adventure - We had an amazing time exploring the different little towns. Positano & Ravello was our favourite. Amalfi was alsi nicw but to busy. The guide was realy great and had heaps of knowledge. Great adveture and will recommend it.

Fantastic scenery and fun Shopping - I loved seeing all the three villages. Each had its own unique story. The little shops in all were great. The beaches were beautiful and love our boat ride in Amalfi. Lunch was prearranged on a hotel rooftop with spectacular views. Ravello had beautiful ceramic ware. Our guide was very experienced driving through all the villages on those very winding roads. The time was well planned and accommodating.

Ravello and Positano - worth a trip! - The tour itself was good value for money and the group we were with were a highlight of our day out. However, the tour guide Ivan, was way too chatty for our liking - we were talked at not with. We would have learnt and absorbed more information if there wasn’t so much ‘wittering’ or story telling that was not in relation to the piece of information we had been given. Ravello was stunning and wished we could have had two hours there rather than Almalfi, as it was overly crowded by the time we got there. It was hard to explore due to the large crowds that were stood in the way or blocking views. Definitely recommend a trip to just Ravello and Positano without Amalfi. Still a great trip out!

Nice quick day trip to see gorgeous Amalfi area - This tour was a quick one day way to see the Amalfi coast. Very beautiful scenery, very very busy with so many tourists. Viator does a good job on their tours. Solid company. Driver was skilled, kind, & cared. Only improvement, crazy roads, driver please slow down, so we would be less nervous.

EXCELLENT TRIP, DIFFICULT TO HEAR DRIVER. - THE LADY DRIVER WAS LOVELY, KNOWLEGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, BUT WE COULD'NT HEAR WHAT SHE WAS SAYING FROM THE BACK SEATS, MEANING SHE HAD TO REPEAT HERSELF A FEW TIMES. THE VIEWS WERE STUNNING AND WE HAD TIME TO LOOK ROUND AND APPRECIATE THE PLACES TO WENT TO, POSITANO AMALFI AND RAVELLO.

Okay - Nice to have someone drive you but no information about the towns at all. Nice stop for lunch. Wish the guide made suggestions for what to do in the town. No information except when to be back at the car.

Consider other tour agencies for a better place experience - My partner and I recently took a Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello tour with Golden Tours, guided by Nando. While there were some positive aspects, my overall experience was disappointing.
Pros:
- Punctuality: Our driver was on time.
- Comfort: The car was new, comfortable, and air-conditioned, as promised.
- Group Size: We had a small group of only six people.
Cons:
- Driving: Nando's driving felt reckless. He frequently sped along the winding roads, tailgated slower vehicles, and often honked aggressively.
- Lunch: Although not included in the itinerary, Nando insisted we dine at a restaurant he claimed was great. He refused to share the exact restaurant's name beforehand, claiming the menu wasn't online. We paid 25€ for a mediocre set meal at La Marinella, which has a disappointing 2.6-star rating on Google. The restaurant was old and unkempt, making our only meal in Amalfi a letdown.
- Boat Ride: A boat ride was not part of our itinerary, but Nando offered it for an additional 20€ per person without providing details. I declined due to potential seasickness, which seemed to irritate him.
- Attitude: Nando's demeanor was rude and pushy, which was surprising given the region’s reputation for hospitality.
Given my experience, I suggest considering other tour agencies in the Amalfi region. There are many options available that may offer a better experience than I had with Golden Tours.
