By far the best of the three tour companies that we tried during our trip to San Francisco! A small bus tour with a very knowledgeable and fun guide, definitely would recommend it and we do it again ourselves.

Your tours, at your price point, should require a minimum standard of dress, personal hygiene, and professionalism of all your drivers. Dylan's appearance and clothes did not live up to any standards at all. He also subjected us to a non-stop, self-referential, stream of consciousness for the first 45 minutes of the tour that was really irritating. After that, and after I emailed you about this, he regained a level of professionalism and we all enjoyed the tour the rest of the day. Thank you.

Driver Dylan seemed well informed about SF, Sonoma Valley & wine, and he was entertaining, to a fault. His constant attempts to keep us (and, it seemed, himself) amused got in the way of imparting info that could have been interesting and useful. While we didn't expect a uniformed chauffeur, Dylan's dress would charitably be described as "disheveled." On the way back from the vineyards he played 60's & 70's rock music, which I like but not at the blasting volume he selected. And, suppose someone didn't like that music or just wanted to chill after a day of drinking wine in the sun? The vineyard experiences were fine, Robledo being the best, in our opinion. Our host made a real effort to inform us not just about his wines but about appreciating wine in general. The picnic lunches were surprisingly good. We hope this is helpful.
