Excellent guide. Very professional. - We are very happy with Jimmy. He is knowledgeable and speaks both English and some Chinese, which worked great for our parents who didn't speak English. We learned a lot about Korea from Jimmy during this trip.

Excellent day trip from Seoul - Mr. Kim was an amazing guide! His English is excellent, and he has a very friendly and engaging personality. He is an expert hiker who has climbed all the mountains in the area, so when the gondola was closed due to high winds and we had to pivot and hike the trail instead, he was ready. He told us about the geography, language and history of Korea, shared stories about growing up in the area, and even offered suggestions for future adventures based on his own world travels. He asked about the foods we liked and when I told him I had really enjoyed some dakgalbi (a regional dish from Chuncheon) when I was in Korea long ago, he found a local restaurant that served us dakgalbi for lunch and it was amazing. Taking a break from the city and enjoying Korea’s beautiful mountains and nature is absolutely worthwhile! It’s a long day, but really interesting and rewarding.

What a fantastic trip! - We loved our trip into the mountains. Kim was a fabulous guide, knowledgeable, efficient and considerate. The views from the tip of the cable car were magnificent, and the temple complex was so peaceful. Another highlight was the trip to the local market, where we were just about the only foreigners. Add to that, a wonderful lunch in a local restaurant selected by Kim, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. We recommend this trip.

Varied tour Mount Seorak, Naksana Temple and Sokcho - The tour with Benny was very interesting and varied. Mount Seorak has inspired us despite cloudy weather due to its special landscape. Delicious lunch at local restaurant. Sokcho is an authentic coastal town with a fish market offering an endless range of street food, dried and fresh fish. The detour to the sea was the perfect conclusion. Overall a nice day. Thanks, Benny.

The perfect way to visit Mt. Seorak - This was an incredible experience! A private tour ended up being the perfect solution to learning about the culture and history of South Korea. I was able to take my time and enjoy the sites. Kim was the perfect tour guide. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We spent the three hour drive talking about Korean history, and his personal stories added a lot of insight about how the war impacted lives. The tour itself was worth the drive. Great beautiful landscapes to see. Mt Seorak national park was majestic and serene. There is some uphill walking/stairs involved, but the path is very well maintained and there are plenty of places to stop and rest. The stop by the East Sea and market were also worth the trip. A great way to end a great day. I highly recommend this tour and this tour with Kim.
