• Santana - Journey through the city of Santana, the capital of the District of Cantagalo, and observe some traditional houses. We will also visit Messias Alves beach to see the fishing community and enjoy a view of the Santana islet.

• Agua Ize - Discover the stories of the pioneer of cocoa cultivation in São Tomé at Roça Água Izé, including its colonial houses and community. Explore the architecture of the old hospitals at Roça Água Izé. On the coastal part of this plantation, we will visit Boca de Inferno and learn about its history.

• Praia Das Sete Ondas - We will make a brief stop to take photos of this black sand beach before continuing our journey.

• Praia Micondo - We will stop at this beach for a swim. It is considered one of the best beaches in São Tomé, with sea temperatures ranging between 24 to 26 degrees Celsius.

• Roca S. Joao dos Angolares - Learn about the history of the first inhabitants of São Tomé, their cultures, and ethnicities. You will have the option to choose whether to have lunch at São João dos Angolares or Mionga restaurant, either before or after visiting Cão Grande Peak.

• Pico Cao Grande - This is a must-see in São Tomé. After visiting the Mioba waterfall and admiring the stunning scenery of southern São Tomé, you will see the famous Pico de Cão Grande, which is twice the size of the Eiffel Tower.
