Meditation house is a safe, welcoming and warm place - My experience at the meditation house helped me process some emotions that I had blocked in my body due to the grief of a very close member of my family. Unforgettable! - My wife and I spent her birthday there and it was such a special experience. The setting is absolutely beautiful, in a quiet and peaceful location just a short drive from Porto. Nuno and Ines were our hosts and they were so welcoming and knowledgeable about meditation. They led us through a variety of meditation practices, which helped us to relax and connect with ourselves. We would highly recommend this activity to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. It was the perfect way to celebrate my wife's birthday and we will definitely be back! …and make sure to meet Nalo when you are there!

A fascinating experience. - A very pleasant place that in itself takes us to a very calming environment: landscaped, wooded, with a water mirror, various animals on the loose, vegetable garden, grass for us to sit on in our leisure moments. I find all of this revealing that in the middle of the country's second city we can find a small oasis that invites us to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The mentors, Nuno and Inês, are people of exceptional kindness, concern and treatment, which makes us feel very calmed and cared for. An experience definitely worth repeating. It went really well!

The Mood draws to the harmony and peace experienced between people and the surrounding nature. - The views and the space are amazing. The garden, the lagoon, the farm, the house, the bright and wide spaces.

Space for moments of inner peace - I have already participated in some events at Quinta da Arroteia and I recommend it to those who want to reconnect with the magical energy of Nature, with their body and create space for moments of true inner peace. The light and welcoming of the hosts, the transformative practices of meditation, dance and yoga allowed me to enjoy moments of silence and pause and also of liberation and expression. I felt everything was prepared with love, from the delicious healthy and organic meals, always accompanied by life lessons, to attentive walks in the shadow of magnificent trees, permeated by sunshine.
