- Group size maximum of 6 people per 2 dolphins.
- The minimum participant age is 8 years.
- Women who are pregnant may not participate in this experience.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can only be done up till 24 hours in advance of the start of the Dolphin program, and can be done by (in)direct phone contact or email contact. The cancellation is only valid after confirmation.
- For any cancellations that occur within 24 hours before the start of the program, the full amount of the cost for the reserved Dolphin program will be charged.
- Please be on time! If you arrive too late, your reservation will be cancelled and your credit-card will be charged for the full amount.

Highly recommend the Dolphin Academy. Our trainers were wonderful. They have clear directions, ensured everyone was safe and had a turn. The guides to a from the experience answered questions, explained what came next, and made for a smooth transition. The facilities were clean and educational.

Het was een heel bijzondere ervaring! De trainers zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam (en humoristisch)! We kregen eerst een snelle duidelijke uitleg en bij de dolfijnen werd ook alles rustig verteld en herhaald. Heel gaaf om de dolfijnen zowel boven- als onderwater te kunnen zien! Van tevoren leek 't mij toch wel een beetje spannend om te zwemmen met deze sterke dieren, maar ze zijn heel rustig en relaxed en luisteren heel goed naar hun trainers. Behalve naast ze zwemmen en aanraken, mochten we ook met ze naar beneden duiken, demonstreerden ze hoe ze 'geblinddoekt" iets konden vinden in 't water, kregen we een kus, mochten met ze 'dansen' en sprongen ze hoog over ons heen..heel gaaf! Ook de foto's, die ze vanuit hier maakten, zijn uiteindelijk heel gaaf geworden. Waren we niet van plan te kopen vooraf vanwege de hoge prijzen en omdat we zelf een GoPro mee hadden, maar uiteindelijk toch gedaan. 'T enige minpuntje is echter wel de hoge prijs, maar verder was het echt een onvergetelijke ervaring!

We had a lovely time diving down with the dolphins, but the pictures which we really love were horrible! Not only did the person barely capture us interacting with them, but we weren't allowed to have couple pictures? What is that for? We paid an enormous amount to snorkel with them and yet we didn't get pictures together?! The swim which costs less do which makes no sense at all! In addition, we worked hard to include the gentleman that was our fifth person (not in our group) so gave away time we could have been swimming with the dolphons, yet at the end he got 15 more minutes alone with the dolphins! Seems to me that is not right either! Very disappointed we the lack of professionalism!
