Total Duration: 5 - 12 hours

1. BOOKING: Guests select their desired package based on the duration and route:

• Half-Day (5–6 hours) covering 50–70 km with a maximum of 4 stop-overs.
• Full-Day (10–12 hours) covering 70–250 km with a maximum of 6 stop-overs.

* Guests provide their contact information, pickup location and time, list of destinations, and any special requests.

2. PRE-TRIP COMMUNICATION: One day prior to the trip, package details, driver contact, and any applicable surcharges for pickups outside central Da Nang are reconfirmed.

* For locations such as Mikazuki Resort, InterContinental Resort, Ba Na Hills (Mercure), or hotels/resorts outside the city center, guests will be informed of the additional pickup fee or offered a complimentary meeting point at A La Carte Hotel – 200 Vo Nguyen Giap.

4. PICK-UP: The driver arrives 10 minutes before the scheduled time at the confirmed pickup location. The day’s itinerary (order of stops, estimated times) is reconfirmed with the guest.

5. TRAVEL AND STOP-OVERS: Guests travel in a private vehicle with a driver. The number of stops and total kilometers must remain within the package limits.

* Important: Visiting Ba Na Hills will count as 3 stop-overs due to travel time and multiple attractions inside.

Guests can adjust the sequence of visits if time permits.

6. DROP-OFF: At the end of the trip, guests are dropped off at their hotel or a pre-arranged location in Da Nang (or the final destination on the route).

* Extra hours or additional stops beyond the package limits are subject to availability and an additional fee, payable directly to the driver.
