Cruise was great and also their customer service - Great cruise around the harbours and creeks with clear English commentary. Really great photo opportunity to see the beautiful area from the water. Also thank you to their vigilant customer service who noticed I made a mistake and ensured my husband and I did get tickets for the same boat! Really above and beyond. Would highly recommend the cruise.

Rude Agent (Mario) - The views from the boat were great and the commentary was good and informative and the crew on board were fine. The agent (Mario) on the shore was not so great; he was rude and unhelpful; telling us to get a move on and board the boat even though it was 30 minutes until the departure time. TBH had we not already purchased our tickets we'd have gone to another cruise operator.

THE VERY BEST WAY TO TOUR MARSAMXETT HARBOUR, MANOEL ISLAND AND GRAND HARBOUR - We'd used Luzza Cruises on a previous Malta holiday 10 years before and were not disappointed. John Paul was extremely helpful, eg regarding the ultra-frequent ferry connection from Boat Street Valletta to Sliema - the Luzza departure berth is virtually next door. The panoramic upper deck view from their boats is uninterrupted (unlike some rivals' larger vessels) and the commentary is good. Highly recommended.

Lovely cruise. Exactly as described. - Lovely cruise and very informative. Managed to get a seat on the top but were concerned initially as it seems that groups are given priority boarding even when they turn up at the last moment and we'd been waiting for 30 mins. Get there early for boarding if you want to sit outside.

Fascinating tour and plenty to see - Information via pre recorded fairly basic but gives a flavour of the history. Fascinating to see the nine creeks and the vast harbours with the industrial dockyards a real insight. Sit on the top,deck right hand side also take your own cushion (as we did) as fibre glass seating quite numbing!

Medium - Boat on time , nice staff but if as we took you already the days before the ferries between the 3 cities and Valletta and Valletta to come to sliema , not much added value ... after if you are running out of ideas why not but not a must do!
