Slicer Beach Club All-Inclusive Access

I would not rebook this excursion. The details say that this excursion includes water activities such as kayaking and paddle boats and none of that was included due to "covid." However the location right next door had those amenities. When I let the host know she called her boss in Spanish to let him know what was going on. The funny thing is that I speak Spanish and understood all of what she was saying. She proceeds to complain to her boss about how the customers were complaining and then comes back to me to complain about her boss and how he doesn't know how to run a business and that there was nothing she could do. Overall, the private beach is tiny, the service from the host was subpar, and they need to update their website. There were not many beach chairs and their pool was underwhelming. It was ok but if you are traveling with kids please consider doing something else as they will get bored quickly!

It definitely did not live up to the reviews. Bad wait swrvice. And other people paid less for the same package. I will not recommend.

We had trouble with this excursion from the minute we got off the ship. Our email instructions told us to take free shuttle bus into town and walk 3 blocks. We did that and was told they were looking for us at the ship (evidently we weren’t supposed to take shuttle). Got to Silcer and it was nothing like we expected. Beach area was small. Tables were crowded on top of each other. Drinks were foamy and not cold (not strong either). Food, we were scared to eat it. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Pools had no entry/exit ladders or steps.
