Our guide was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, We were four people - two adults, two children ages 14 and 12. The children took in what they could of the information. My sense was that the overall experience will be remembered fondly and bits of learning will be revealed should they encounter the subject as they move on through school.
Very good guide
Lucia was a wonderful guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and have us insight into more than just the art and allowed us to,have an,ex0eriwnce at Mises D'Orsay that we never could have had on our own. Bravo Lucia!
we had a wonderful tour of the Musee d'Orsay this morning. Our guide, Lucia Melloul, was very personable, engaging, & patient plus she was extremely knowledgeable about art history generally and the Osray and its collection specifically. We were not rushed and Lucia answered all our questions. It was a thoroughly enjoyable tour and time well spent.
Belen was very knowledgeable of the pieces of art as also the museum. We spent more than two hours at the museum and it was very interesting. She made the time fly by with inquiry questions and fun comments
Guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She wove an excellent narrative blending interesting detail into the broad movement s and personalities.
Lilly was out personal tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Her depth of art expertise was impressive. She was efficient in the tour ,but did not rush us. Lilly answered any question and was the best guide we had from multiple tours from other companies during our week in Paris. Lilly and Babylon Tours are the way to see the d'Orsay !!
Violette both educated and entertained. We really appreciated the historical context, stories of the artists, and information about the artistic standards and goals. It was like touring Musee D'Orsay with the curator.
Our guide Melissa was very knowledgeable and shared lots of great information about the origins of the art pieces and their painters. She was always willing to answer questions and to have a conversation with us about our interests - rather than lecture us. Melissa was great and really helped me to understand the origins of periods and styles. Thanks.
My guide was amazing - so knowledgeable and a wonderful storyteller. And the Musee is beautiful and filled with incredible art.
Melissa was an excellent guide. We got much more out of our time in the museum than we would have on our own.
Our tour guide, Lilly, was excellent. She was at our appointed meeting location early (as we were), her English was excellent and her art knowledge was superb. We had signed up for a small group tour but there were mother parties present. Still the now private tour went on. They did not cancel.
Violette was superb. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were outstanding. I can not praise her enough. She made the art both accessible and emotive. Give her a raise!
Guide very knowledgeable, on time, pleasant to work with
Carolina gave us a very interesting tour. It was not just the art work, but also the history behind the work. Thanks Carolina!
There were only two couples on this tour, and the other female talked too much--she had more to say at times than Harriet did--I felt Harriet needed to find a way to put an end to what the woman was saying and take charge of the tour again. Harriet was a good guide, but I did not feel she knew how to regain control of the conversation.
