  • Begin with a live Halloumi demonstration. Our chef will showcase the entire process of crafting this traditional cheese
  • While the cheese is being made, enjoy a traditional olive bread-making session lasting 30-40 minutes (includes a drawing activity for children)
  • Embark on a 30-minute farm tour. Visitors can explore a wax museum, a traditional Cypriot house, and see our poultry, goats, and of course, donkeys.
  • Enjoy a brief donkey ride (10 minutes)
  • Sample farm products and donkey milk products for 30 minutes
  • Dinner at 19:00 featuring a traditional buffet with appetizers, salads, bulgur, village pasta and cheese, baked potatoes with oregano and olive oil, lamb, pork, chicken, wine, water, and juice for children

Guests can enjoy a unique experience by observing the traditional preparation of Cypriot cheese, halloumi, and olive pie. This is followed by a farm tour featuring one of the Mediterranean’s oldest olive trees and insights into the history and traits of donkeys. The tour concludes with a tasting session of the farm’s offerings, such as donkey milk, skincare products, and organic olive oil. The excursion wraps up with a delightful meal, abundant wine, and vibrant entertainment featuring Cypriot dances and music.
