We froze on the bus! - The first thing the driver told us was to "crack"the windows, because if not we "wouldn't be able to see a damn thing". Everyone lower their windows about an inch. We immediately began to get cold. When we told the driver we were cold he turned the heat on, after two or three minutes the people in the back yelled they were hot and he turned the heat off. They were wraring artic wear clothing. During some of the stops we raised several windows, but we were still cold! By the end of the tour I could not feel my fingertips and I had gloves on. The driver should have told the people in the back to take their coats off! We could not enjoy the tour because it was so cold on the bus.

Expected to see more... - Expected to see more wildlife. That’s not your fault but was disappointed. Did see some beautiful landscape but nothing I’ve not seen before maybe in another state. Bus was comfortable m, however, it was extremely cold. our driver was very knowledgeable and funny but he did talk a lot about irrelevant things. We did not take any snacks with us so we were kind of hungry. Don’t know that I read anywhere to bring snacks but if you don’t have it in your description somewhere maybe you ought to put it in there.
