Join us for a 2.5-hour guided tour discovering Skagway City and Mountain Summit’s best sights! Urging as your guide, we’ll take a journey into Skagway’s lawless past and gold rush era while making multiple stops for photo opportunities. Stops at the Welcome To Alaska Sign, cascades, Tormented Valley, and Skagway Overlook will allow opportunities to document the astonishing beauty of Skagway and the White Pass!
- Please NOTE ALL 8 a.m. tours depart from your dock. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of departure time. Don’t forget your Passports! 1130 and 230 pm City Summit - departs from Yukon Heath’s Popcorn Emporium, located at 485 Broadway Avenue, Skagway, AK 99840 (see map below). Please plan to arrive at our office 30 minutes early. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
- US and Canadian Citizens: Must bring a government-issued photo ID and proof of citizenship (US birth certificate or naturalization certificate) or a passport for re-entry to the United States. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate
- Non-US Citizens: Either a Passport, I-94, Multiple Entry Visa or Resident Alien Card is required for re-entry to the United States
- Operates in all weather conditions. Weather can vary greatly from one location to another, please dress in layers
- Specific tour stops can be modified based on road conditions and weather.

Meeting points are at our office located inside Yukon Heath's Popcorn Emporium at 216 Broadway Ave, just a short distance from the docks. Please check in at our office at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time with your PASSPORT which are required for all of our tours.

Great Tour - I’m so glad I took this tour instead of the railroad! Our guide was great and stopped for us to take pictures. One of the highlights for me was the cemetery in October, so beautiful! I took the path past the cemetery, and it ended at a waterfall. I highly recommend this tour!

Really nice tour - Even though we had some foggy spots in the tour, Noah kept us entertained with great stories about Skagway historical characters. Glad we chose the bus tour with several photo op stops over the train shrouded in myst.

Great way to spend a day in Skagway - Eric was a great guide, he shared so much information about the history and daily life of Skagway. We loved his infectious laugh and joy. The trip was interesting without being too long, and we were thankful that we did not book the train (which doesn't stop for photos, by the way). Thank you Eric for a fantastic experience.

Enjoyable tour - Our guide was great, with engaging stories about the gold rush. We stopped to visit random waterfalls on the way to the summit. All in all, better than expected tour.
