Over charged, take taxi at airports for much less, who knew?? - Book taxi from airport when arrive instead. Save lots of money over booking with Viator! Could go round trip with airport taxi for less than one way with the taxi booked with Viator.

Excellent and Professional Transfer Service to San Juan Airport - We had a very early flight from San Juan, so we requested a 4:30 a.m. pick-up from Hacienda del Mar in Dorado. When I made our reservation, I was immediately contacted by the vendor to confirm our reservation. Our driver, Jorge, arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. Since it was dark, I switched on the flashlight on my phone for something. Our driver, immediately turned on the dome light to provide better lighting for me. When we arrived at the airport, Jorge arranged for a Skycap to assist us with our luggage. We highly recommend! One point for future travelers. When you arrive at the San Juan airport, ALL of your bags need to go through an agricultural screening. I suggest adding another 30 minutes for the screening. Our Skycap took us to a screening area that had a shorter line, so we were okay. It was unfortunate for travelers who went directly to their airline counter, stood in line, only to find out they had to go to the agricultural screening line.

Late pick up - Jorge was a very nice driver however, there was a mixup in the pick up was half an hour late. We had to get assistance from airport personnel to locate driver and connect otherwise Jorge was a very pleasant driver but pick up was not good.

Stay Away - Terrible experience. Overcharged. Driver was not where we were told to expect him. Spent half hour talking to him on the phone about where we were. He kept lying to us that he was 30 seconds away. Finally got someone else in the phone who explained it to him and he picked us up. I asked for a credit for the trouble and got a NO. Unreal.
