We’ll unravel the secrets of dough, familiarize ourselves with varied shapes, and dive into the tales of breads native to Sardinia.

So, what does the experience entail?

We’ll commence the journey by understanding the recipe and exploring the diverse types of flours. Then we’ll step into preparing the dough and fashioning it into various traditional bread shapes, primarily: ‘su coccoi.’

To conclude, we’ll bake the bread in the oven and savor it as a group, accompanied by a selection of cheeses and a glass of wine.
