We were super excited to do this for our daughter's 13th birthday. The teenager employee who introduced us to the room spoke very quickly and sped through the intro. When we were put into our separate rooms, we were all unaware that one room would have clues and/or combos that unlocked locks in the other team's room. Our time was half over before this was discovered. We felt cheated in the experience due to the setup being poorly explained and like we didn't have a fair shot at completing the challenge. Had we had a better understanding of how to navigate the experience, it would have been much more enjoyable.
