• Please ensure that you arrive at the meeting point before the scheduled tour starting time.
• It is highly recommended that you put on comfortable footwears as there will be a fair amount of walking. Do bring along umbrellas or ponchos, in case it rains.
• Attraction Closures and Alternatives In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, resulting in the closure of any paid attraction(s) included in our tour itineraries, LC Travel reserves the right to substitute the affected attraction(s) with an alternative attraction(s) of similar value. This decision will be made at the discretion of LC Travel and is intended to minimize disruptions to the tour. No refunds or compensation will be provided for attraction closures or substitutions.
• Childs Policy: 1 adult can buy max 1 child tickets and 2 adults can buy max 2 child tix, etc. Any additional child will have to pay Full adult price.
• Please note that pick-up will be scheduled between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM, depending on other guests’ locations. Therefore, we’re unable to confirm your exact pick-up time at this moment. We’ll send you the pick-up time, guide details, and vehicle information on the day of your tour (before 1 PM). Kindly check your WhatsApp or email for the update.
