Great experience - The place was conducive to learning. The instructor, Helen, is friendly and knowledgeable. She made our experience of making Dadar and Hoon Kueh easy.

Fun, exciting, educational and delicious !! - This was an amazing cooking class, my daughter and I were educated on the history of the culture and the ingredients we were cooking with. I was amazed that everything we cooked with was from scratch. Ann and Annie were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to teach us in cooking techniques. This cooking school is HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended. If we had more time I would’ve taken another class..

Great family experience. - A wonderful experience; glad we did this. The menu/food cooked/taught changes daily, so look that up. We had a lot of fun. The teachers (Mary and Annie) were friendly, joking and kept the entire 3 hours light hearted. They taught us about the spices, techniques, and towards the end, we had tasty Indian food (chicken curry/biryani/raita) to eat. A great experience for my daughter who is afraid of being in the kitchen (afraid of knives, hot pots & pans, etc).. being in a class like this allowed her to do things beyond her comfort level. Towards the end, she was very proud of the food she cooked. One step closer to having her take over ALL our cooking at home (jk). Thanks to the chefs/teachers. Will definitely come back again.

Fabulous class at Food Playground - Fabulous morning with Helen and Sara making Spring Rolls, Kueh and Laksa, great group and lots of fun with clear instructions and assistance. Sharing our creations for lunch together was the perfect way to finish our class. I highly recommend Food Playground for anyone thinking of doing a cooking class in beautiful Singapore, opposite the Tooth Relic Temple on Sago St so easy to find the venue in Chinatown and the cooking space is spotlessly clean.
