I had to look for the driver, disappointing service - I booked this company for airport to hotel transfers for our family of 6, I opted for a meet and greet service which is a paid additional option. Since the coordinator, Sathya, was accommodating, and communicates clearly and replies promptly, I was confident that we will be picked up without any issue. However, the driver assigned to pick us up didn’t even go to the designated meeting point. I had to call him a number of times. I was assuming he would meet us outside the belt area but he told us to get out of the building. I had to look for him. He didn’t even get out of his van, he just stayed in the van with a tiny sign. I was not expecting to be treated to a red carpet welcome but I what I understand is he would wait and I didn’t have to scramble to look for him. This was not the kind of service I expected. They need to be more picky with the drivers since they are the actual face of the company.
