A fun. close encounter - Our guide was well organised and it was fantastic to be able to skip the line. It was amazing how close you were to so many of the animals. The interactive show was also great. Definitely recommend this experience.

Night zoo with a guide - Paul the guide made the trip memorable. Very easy to see all the sights with Paul’s help. Not having to wait in long lines is a must.

Excellent but Rushed - We really enjoyed this activity, but felt little rushed, would have appreciated longer in venue to complete the walk around park- was really excellent tour though, only marked down for timings

Transfer Protocol Needs Improvement - The Night Safari Tour experience in general was very good (the tour guide was excellent!!!), however it started with a mishap on Viator’s part with the transfer from our hotel to the Night Safari location. Because of Viator’s internal miscommunication we had to take taxi and pay an additional $25 dollars out-of-pocket expenses to get there on time. Simply, because we weren’t picked up from the hotel even though we had a clear email confirmation from Viator several days prior of the event. We would still recommend this unique Night Safari Tour to anyone however with “a dose of caution” regarding the operation. Thank you.

Disappointing experience - The night was OK but no more. On reflection it was rather expensive for what we got. We were picked up at our hotel taken to the zoo for the 'night safari ' then taken back to our hotel. The zoo is well out of the centre so having organised travel was great. The night safari consists of 2 parts. 1 a 30 minute theme park type experience in an open air amphitheatre displaying some of the animals whose movements were dictated by where the treats to eat were located. The morales and philosophy of the zoo are good but this part came over as a bit staged and unnatural for the animals involved. You then move to a series of trams that drive through a set route that lasts about 30 minutes with a pre recorded narrative that was a bit naff in places. It did not feel very safari like and overall seemed too commercial.

A zoo - It was fun, especially the show. However most of the animals were still lazy like a zoo. It is another zoo where you're going to see animals at night. We highly recommend doing the train ride. It takes you through most of it. You can walk the rest on trails for if you want to see a specific animal or just walk around. They try to feed the animals to get them moving but the animals are still lazy and not very active.

Short and sweet - The zoo is amazing but make your own way we were picked up nearly an hour late unfortunately the road to the zoo was blocked by an accident so we ended up having an just over an hour there so had to rush around & missed lots of the animals

So disappointing - The tour organiser himself was very good, however we thought the whole concept of the night zoo most disappointing. I would not recommend anyone to bother with this.
