• Singapore - Start your day with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Singapore.

A professional driver will greet you at the hotel entrance to verify your documents before guiding you through the Malaysia drive-through border, eliminating the need to stand in line.

• Malacca - En route to Kuala Lumpur, there will be two stopovers.

The first stop is at a Starbucks or Costa Coffee near Malacca, offering western-style restrooms (toilet paper available upon request).

The second stop is at a 5-star Marriott or Hilton Hotel, where guests can enjoy a premium western breakfast or traditional Malay cuisine upon request.

IMPORTANT: Guests who have selected the “Malacca side trip” option will enjoy an additional UNESCO Melaka highlights tour (Dutch Square, A Famosa Fort, St. Paul’s Hill & Church, Middelburg Bastion, UNESCO Wall Art, St. Francis Xavier Church, Jonker Street, 15-minute Trishaw Ride) before continuing to Kuala Lumpur.

• Batu Caves - Upon reaching Kuala Lumpur, one of the initial stops will be Batu Caves. The limestone of Batu Caves is estimated to be around 400 million years old. Established by Indian trader K. Thamboosamy Pillai in 1891 as a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Murugan, it features a 42.7-meter high gold-painted statue of Lord Murugan, unveiled in January 2006 after three years of construction. It is the tallest statue of Lord Murugan globally.

IMPORTANT: The sequence of sightseeing stops may be adjusted based on Kuala Lumpur city traffic, crowd management, and weather conditions to maximize time efficiency.

• Sri Durgai Amman Temple - Near Batu Caves is the Sri Durgai Amman Temple, dedicated to Goddess Durga, often considered the most powerful female Hindu deity, typically depicted with 8 or 10 hands.

Goddess Durga symbolizes the victory of good over evil, portrayed in mythology as a warrior who defeats demonic forces threatening social order, economic stability, and dharma.

In this temple, Goddess Durga is depicted as a beautiful woman riding a lion, with multiple hands wielding weapons to conquer evil spirits.

Goddess Durga’s numerous arms represent her role as an all-powerful and fiercely protective goddess.

• National Monument - A 30-minute drive from Batu Caves is the renowned National Monument, known locally as Tugu Negara. This historic bronze sculpture honors those who perished in combat during Malaysia’s struggle for freedom against the Japanese occupation in World War II and the Malayan Emergency from 1948 to 1960. It commemorates the bravery, courage, and unity of the fighters who sacrificed their lives for Malaysia’s independence. The statue is recognized in the record books as the tallest freestanding group of bronze sculptures at 15 meters high.
• Central Market Kuala Lumpur - A 10-minute drive from the National Monument is the Central Market. Originally established in 1888, it was refurbished into its current Art Deco style in 1937.
• Thean Hou Temple - Near the Central Market is Thean Hou Temple, completed in 1987. This six-tiered temple is dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea (Mazu). The temple also honors the Goddess of Mercy (Guanyin) and the Protector of the Sea (Shui Wei Niang Niang).
• Putra Mosque - The next stop is the iconic Putra Mosque, renowned for its pink-granite domes. Completed in 1999, it is named after Malaysia’s first Prime Minister, Tungku Abdul Rahman Putra.

Note: Guests wishing to enter the mosque may do so with mosque-issued modesty robes, provided it is not closed to the public (i.e., outside Friday prayer times). Otherwise, guests may be respectfully asked to take photos from the outside.

• Prime Minister’s Office - Located near Putra Mosque is the Malaysia Prime Minister’s Office, situated on a 50-meter high hill overlooking the city. The building is finished in natural stone with a green dome.
• Mahkamah Persekutuan Malaysia - Also near Putra Mosque is the Palace of Justice, housing the Federal Courts and Courts of Appeal. Relocated from the Sultan Abdul Samad Building in 2003, the Palace of Justice features classical Islamic architecture.
• Istana Negara - A 40-minute drive from Putra Mosque is the Istana Negara (National Palace), the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Malaysia’s monarch. The palace complex spans 97.65 hectares, with 22 domes, and is divided into three main sections: the Formal Component, Royal Component, and Administration Component.
• Merdeka Square - A 10-minute drive from the National Palace is Dataran Merdeka (Independence Square). This historic site is where the Union flag was lowered, and the national flag was raised for the first time at midnight on August 31, 1957.
• Sultan Abdul Samad Building - From Independence Square, you can view the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, one of Kuala Lumpur’s earliest Moorish-style buildings. Built in 1897, it was named after the reigning Sultan of Selangor at the time. This distinguished landmark originally served as the offices for the colonial British administration and Malaysia’s superior courts.
• Royal Selangor Club - From Independence Square, you can also view the Royal Selangor Club. Founded in 1884, it originally served as a meeting place for high-ranking and educated members of British colonial society. Selangor is the state where the capital, Kuala Lumpur, is located.
• 360 Degree Restaurant - A 10-minute drive from Independence Square is Southeast Asia’s highest revolving restaurant. Enjoy a sky dining buffet featuring traditional local Malay food and desserts with 360° views (4 pm table reservation).
• Merdeka 118 - From the revolving restaurant, you can view Merdeka 118 (Independence Tower). Topped with a massive 160-meter spire, the tower is still under construction.
