Oh, mind-blowing! - Beautiful! The atmosphere is incredible the waterfall starts at 10am!! It is essential!! It’s all crazy!! Modern and fluid!!

So much more than an airport - With a waterfall, light shows and a world class mall the Singapore airport is a destination in itself. It also has excellent duty free, security and restaurants.

Seems strange giving an airport a 5 star review but it is truly exceptional - The Jewel connects all 3 terminals and features a world class water feature along with it housing a modern shopping mall. First time I've ever gone to an airport 8 hours before my flight, thankfully singapore airlines let you check bags in early so we could explore the airport sans luggage

An airport worth visiting even if you're not flying out - We took a taxi to the Jewel Changi airport at Terminal 1 as our flight was leaving from another terminal the next day. I did not want to carry luggage with me. Who would of thought that an airport would be a tourist attraction! We spent half a day there browsing the shops and food outlets. There are paid attractions, but we did not try them. Also went on the Skytrain to the other terminals. Worth a visit on a rainy day.

great but very expensive - incredible experience, everything is extremely clean, there is lounge for tv, swimming pool, restaurants, shops, everything is also extremely expensive

Time pass - what a lovely place to kill time at the airport between flights. This is unique, the central water fall is so calming to watch. SO much to do

Changi Airport- Jewell and Maze - We made a specific trip out to visit as we'd come into Singapore very late in evening and would be heading out very early. Caught the MRT out there and then made our way into the Jewell shopping area . The waterfall was really wowable, be prepared to fight your way around - so many visitors. Then we made our way right up to the top. The Maze would be great fun for the kids as well as all the other activities - nets etc. Views up high looking at the waterfall are amazing and it is well worth a visit. Be ware of overpriced eateries, but we had shared plates which kept costs down

Singapore taking airport layover to all new levels - Absolutely beautiful. The only reason it doesnt get my 5 stars is because unfortunately when we visited it was not in operation due to maintenance taking place. I can only imagine how much more beautiful it would be

Beautiful waterfall and forest, otherwise the usual shopping center - The waterfall and forest in the middle of this area of the airport are undoubtedly beautiful and impressive. On the top floor there is Canopy, an area with places to eat among the trees, pleasant and suggestive Here there is also an area with mazes and pastimes for children, for a fee For the rest, yet another shopping mall in Singapore If you are leaving, an hour to visit it I would say that it is completely sufficient

So terrible.. need to more check when you recruiting employee - Today at 22 march 2026. I transfer on the changi airport terminal 1. On level 1 around jewel, I was looking 2 white people sleep and sit on long sofa. And after that join some chinese people also indian girl too.. they're all just sleeping and sitting there, so me and my family as chinese indonesian join at that long sofa.. but fast forward at 1.30 am (sorry but not meant to be racist) an fat indian security woman tell me and my family if we can't sleep and sit there.. even though i and some chinese people was sleeping, she wake us up and chase we away with saying that we couldn't sleep and sit there.. but when we start to stand up and go from that area, i saw that she didn't wake up an indian girl and didn't chase away that 2 white people. That security just chase away me and my family and some people looks chinese on there. Only force someone who looks chinese to go away, but not with the indian girl and the wester guys. I think that so bad if in your worker in changi has a racist. Considering that Changi is a transfer point for many races. Please check the personality if you recruiting employee
