A great way to see the main landmarks and gain your bearings. - An excellent idea to book a 2 day ticket for this tour. It gave us a chance to gain our bearings on this, our first visit to Singapore. The Red route goes east-west of the city, the Yellow route goes north-south, so it's a good idea to stay on the bus and do the one route twice, then change at the Big Bus depot at Suntec Centre to the other route and do the route twice too. That'll take up day 1, then on day 2 you can hop off at various tourist attractions to explore, knowing that you can hop on the bus again to return to your hotel. Whilst it's ideal to sit on the upper deck, it gets hot up there due to the weather. Sitting under the low roof at the back of the upper deck is OK, but it still gets hot up there. The lower deck is air conditioned but has limited number of seats.

Good buy for a first timer! - It feels good to ride on the bus since Singapore is so hot and humid. The downstairs was air conditioned and the upstairs was partially covered. The wind upstairs felt really good when the bus was moving .Buses were on time, clean, and stopped at the places we wanted to go. It worked for us.

Sight seeing by bus - It's a great way to orient yourself with a new city. Having a ticket for a day or 2 also helps you move around the city while having commentary telling you the highlights.

Convenient and efficient for non tour travellers with time - I have travelled on the hop on and hop off buses in several countries and find them to be a practical, cost efficient way to organise my days as a self planning traveller. It is like getting a taste of what the location offers and you can decide to take more time based on own timing and interest (stay for longer or leave sooner)

Absolute comfort - We only had one day to visit the city. As always, with little time, the bus turns out to be the best way to visit a big city. We got off at the stops of the most significant places, and we were also able to shelter from the rain. The two red and yellow lines allow you to reach even the most distant places such as the botanical gardens. Headphones explain the areas crossed in various languages and the driver calls the various stops. Maybe a little overpriced. Two can do it, but with children it starts to be unsustainable. However, it remains a worthy and recommended solution. Excellent app, where in real time you can see the buses transiting the stops.

Tour the Jewel of Southeast Asia - Best war to see all of the major attractions in Singapore. Flexibly to set your own schedule and freedom to spend time based on your own interest. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service - Brilliant way to get around Singapore. Always on time, stops at or very close to places of interest. We took a 2 day pass, and it was worth every penny. A great service and great drivers and staff.

Good way to get a feel for Singapore - This was as expected - a good way to get a general feel for Singapore and decide what places we want to spend more time visiting when we have more time. It was easy to find and board the bus with our voucher and there were many stops along the routes. There was good information available in multiple languages.

Nice because you can stop... - Nice because you can stop to shop or sightseeing all major locations in Singapore. Downside is it can be confusing of where to pickup and what to do at each location.
