• HarbourFront - Make your own way to Harbourfront Center.
• BatamFast Ferry Pte Ltd - Self check-in at the BatamFast ferry counter, Lobby C, second floor, 50/51 Harbourfront Center.
• Batam Center - After approximately an hour on the ferry, you will arrive at Batam Center Port. (Visa-on-arrival may be required for non-ASEAN passport holders.)

After completing immigration checks, your tour guide will meet you at the arrival hall and escort you to the tour.

A detailed tour itinerary will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

• Welcome To Batam Monument - Capture a photo with the Welcome To Batam Monument, reminiscent of the Hollywood sign in Batam.

• Batam Center - Once all activities are completed, your guide will drop you at the Batam Center ferry terminal and accompany you to the immigration gate.
• Harbourfront - After about an hour on the ferry, you will return to Harbourfront Center, Singapore, around 5:30 PM GMT+8.
