• HarbourFront - Make your own way to Harbourfront Center.
• BatamFast Ferry Pte Ltd - Self check-in at the BatamFast ferry counter, Lobby C, second floor, 50/51 Harbourfront Center.
• Batam Center - After approximately an hour on the ferry, you will arrive at Batam Center Port. (Visa-on-arrival may be required for non-ASEAN passport holders.)

After completing immigration checks, your tour guide will meet you at the arrival hall and escort you to the tour.

Proper tour instructions will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

• Welcome To Batam Monument - Capture a photo with the Welcome To Batam Monument, reminiscent of the Hollywood sign in Batam.
