  A 60-minute grace period is allowed from the confirmed flight landing time. After this, waiting time charges will apply.

If contact is not established 90 minutes post-confirmed flight landing time, it will be considered a “NO SHOW,” and the driver will depart the airport with regret. ☹ No refund will be issued for “NO SHOW.”
