Once your booking is complete, GoMyHire will send a confirmation email. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder.

Step 2 – Driver Information & Communication

Prior to your travel date, you will receive another email from GoMyHire containing your driver’s information (name, vehicle plate) and a direct communication link. Follow the instructions in this email to ensure seamless contact.

Step 3 – Pickup

For Airport Arrival (Pick-up): Upon arriving at Singapore Changi Airport, head to the designated “Ride-Hailing / Arrival Pickup” area at your terminal (T1–T4). The driver will reach out to you via the communication channel provided in the GoMyHire email. A complimentary waiting time is included (e.g., 60 minutes from flight landing).

For Departure (Drop-off): The driver will meet you at your hotel or chosen pickup location at the scheduled time. Please be ready at least 10 minutes early to prevent any delays.

Step 4 – Transfer Journey

Enjoy a comfortable, direct ride between Singapore city center and Changi Airport (T1–T4). The journey typically takes about 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Step 5 – Drop-off

For Airport Arrival (Pick-up): You will be dropped off directly at your hotel or selected address.

For Departure (Drop-off): You will be dropped off at the departure hall of your terminal for convenient check-in. Ensure you have all your belongings before exiting the vehicle.
