Great experience - A very fun night, although we didn't see the northern lights due to the weather not playing ball, it was still a great experience

My Northern Lights experience with this company. - It was amazing from the beginning to the end. Well organized, the tour guides were very professional and nice. A soon as we arrived to the spot we saw the Northern Lights, they were in the sky for a long time and we could enjoy them. After looking at the Aurora, they started a bonfire so we could warm up, and get hot drinks and sausages.

Great! - Everything was great. We saw the auroras at the second location.
It was very cold but the tour van has heating and they call you when the auroras are on, so that is very good.

Wonderful Northern Lights - They picked us up from the house along with a small group of other people and took us to the shores of a frozen lake where we waited to see the Northern Lights, an indescribable emotion. Meanwhile, they had lit a bonfire where sausages and marshmallows were cooked and where they could warm up. The guide gave us interesting explanations about the natural phenomenon. They were very honest because the night before it was snowing and so they rescheduled the exit for the following night as with all those clouds we would never see anything. Recommended!

Average - Like other people have said, it’s a small group tour that joins up with other small groups. All we did was go to a frozen lake that had a million of other people. It wasn’t that far out from town and there were a lot of people getting taxis or Ubers there. They gave the most basic short chat about northern lights. For what we paid, this tour was not worth it.

This is a little bit... - This is a little bit expensive for eating one saussage on a frozen lake. They know when the sky is clowdy they should be honnest and cancell the activity or to put to the next day but they prefered to drive you on site and say too night it will be difficult sky clowdy. This is not correct

Gutted - Glad that we got to see the northern lights, however poor communication as I've been home 4 days now and they haven't sent any family photos we took of that once in a lifetime moment. Really upset about it and it seems I'm being ignored now

Negative - Booked as a photo tour in search of the Northern Lights with barbecue, very poor grill, 1 sausage and that's it, taken photos by the guide but still expect photos taken by email, written on WhatsApp and not responding. To be avoided.

Not worth the money we paid!! - Booking ref number

This trip was related to Northern light. On Feb 21, due to cloudy weather the northern light wasn’t visible I understand we do not have control on weather however tour operator do know that northern light wasn’t visible so they should have cancelled the trip and refund back. However they didn’t and we just had barbecue and came back. I did send a message to tour operator prior to travel that due to cloud northern light visibility is less however they told me evening cloud would move but that’s not the case.
Also to note while returning back, one of the mini van dash cam was completely out of service and the family with kids were very afraid of the situation.
We didn’t expected to have only expensive sausage barbecue.
