An Outstanding Outing with Andrei - Andrei was great! Arrived early to pick us up, and right away it was clear he was not only polite and knowledgeable, but also a fun and engaging guide. He helped us navigate the crowds and facilitated tickets and entrance at each stop of our tour, and having a guide just for us was wonderful — Andrei was always very flexible and catered to our interests. He made some great recommendations for our time in Brașov, shared interesting stories and insights during our drive, answered all our questions, and also knew when to let it just be quiet on the drive back at the end of the day. Highly recommended — we are so glad we didn’t go with a group tour!

Great day out with a wonderful guide - We had a wonderful day with our knowledgeable and funny guide, Alin! We highly recommend this trip as we were able to do things in our own tempo and had great conversation with Alin who was both great company but also the perfect guide. Both the castles were great. Different, but worth a visit. The town of Brasov is gorgeous.

The only way to do it! Great day seeing the castles and some of Romania. - Delighted I did this! I had a late flight and had one day to see things in Romania. I had been around Bucharest in the evenings and really wanted to try and see the castles. I didn’t fancy being stuck with a bus tour all day and adhering to their timetable and as a solo female traveller wanted to make sure I was safe and had a good experience. The day couldn’t have been better. When I booked I got confirmation and a message through with the name of my driver, Alin, and confirmation of the details for the morning pick up. I got picked up at the hotel and even before he landed he was in touch to confirm pick up and describe the car. Alin was a great tour guide, very knowledgable and friendly and explained different things about the country, the areas and the history as we went along. He got me connected to the wifi and there wasn’t anything that was a problem for him. He asked if I was going into Peles Castle (first stop) and advised about the ticket for entrance. Alin was my personal guide through the castle and obviously knew all the other staff and tour guides with al the friendly hellos. Ask, his English was 100% so there was never any problems and he speaks a few languages so I can see that he’s a great person for this. He gave extra advice about options for coffee and pointed out a few good spots for photos and took a few of me too (on my phone- which are good to have). He left me to wander about and look around for a bit and get coffee before we left. We went on to Bran Castle and again he advised me, gave the guided tour, took photos and pointed out thing. It was great that I could do it all at my pace and either move on or slow down depending on what I wanted. We went to Brasov and he showed me a few things around the old town and gave me recommendations for food and we arranged a meeting time and point. I said I might even be ready to go before that and he said it was no problem and to get in touch with him at any stage and we could carry on. As I was flying out in the evening, he dropped me to the airport too. What a gentleman and service. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I was a little apprehensive booking when travelling on my own but I would do it again in a heart beat and definitely think that this is the way to do it when the option is available. 10 out of 10 for the day!!

Very convenient and pleasant tour! - It was great tour I ever had. During tour, gIt was a great tour. The guide picked me up exactly at a set time and place. It was very comfortable even on the way to the destination. In particular, thanks to the guide, I was able to hear the exact explanation, and the waiting time for entry was much shorter than that of other travelers. If you are planning a trip to Romania, make sure to use this tour service.uide explain

Amazing! - Our guide, Octavian, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, gave an excellent overview of the country’s history (and that of the region we were touring), answered all of our questions and provided us with a terrific overall experience. The mountains and castles are amazingly beautiful, and this tour taps into some of the best and richest history in Romania. Highly recommend!!

Great tour - Had a great experience on this tour and happy I decided to take a private tour over the traditional bus tour as I was able to have some great conversations with my diver Tavi. He was very knowledgeable of the different places we toured as well as a good photographer and was happy to help me capture some moments.

Awesome day trip to recover - The trip was just what we needed to escape from partying too much (if that's even possible). It was a nice 2 hr drive in the morning which my friend and i slept and caught up on our zzzzz. Alin was super chilled and let us control the tempo of the trip which is what is needed when you are hungover and grumpy. Loved the friendly attitude and pleasant disposition he tackled his job (definite 5-star effort). Knowledge is power and he allowed us to walk away with more. A "must do" tour with a chilled dude. Appreciated.

Fantastic Private Tour - We had an excellent tour with our guide Octavian. On the drive he told us lots about the history of Romania which really set the scene for when we got to the castles, which were very impressive. Our car was very comfortable and felt safe, even in the snowy mountian conditions. We would completely recommend this private tour as was far more personalised to run at our pace rather than be on a large group tour. It was well worth the money.
