• Simpson Bay Resort and Marina - Prickly Pear is an uninhabited cay situated 6 miles from Anguilla’s mainland. Delight in a 16-mile all-inclusive motor-sail to Prickly Pear aboard our 65-foot sail catamaran, perfect for snorkeling, swimming, and enjoying lunch. On the return journey, take a refreshing swim off Mead’s Bay before heading back. Prickly Pear is positioned 16 miles from St Maarten and approximately 6 miles from Anguilla’s mainland. The motor sail to Prickly Pear takes around an hour and 45 minutes. These outer cays, as referred to by the locals, are part of Anguilla. Prickly Pear features turquoise waters and soft white sand, akin to the beaches on Anguilla’s mainland.

Check-in is at 8 am at the marina of the Simpson Bay Resort with valid passports. Check-ins close at 8:35 am to allow for immigration clearance.

Experience the idyllic shores of Prickly Pear Islands on a full-day excursion from St Maarten. Board the Lambada catamaran and journey to Prickly Pear Island, one of Anguilla’s offshore cays. Here, you can snorkel in the crystal-clear turquoise waters among vibrant reef fish or unwind in the warm, shallow waters along the beach. Delight in a delicious buffet lunch featuring chicken and ribs with flavorful sides, served directly on the catamaran. Before returning, take a refreshing swim at Mead’s Bay. • This is a barefoot cruise. Your shoes will be removed before boarding and stored in a basket. You will receive them back on the dock after your cruise.
