• 5656 E Silver Springs Blvd - This self-guided kayak rental experience begins and concludes at the kayak launch in Silver Springs State Park. Before embarking, a guide will review a map and provide brief instructions, allowing participants to explore some of Florida’s most pristine waters! Paddle along the Ft King paddle loop trail, venture into the Silver River, and pass by numerous springs before returning to the starting point. Encounter a diverse array of wildlife, including manatees, alligators, monkeys, turtles, otters, and various fish and bird species!

Options for 2-hour and 4-hour rentals are available. Please read all details carefully to prevent cancellation without a refund.

Our kayak rentals are designed for experienced paddlers who can read a map and navigate natural settings with minimal assistance. This activity is not suitable for beginners. Participants should be in good physical condition. It is not recommended for individuals who are overweight, have back issues, or heart problems.

Our glass-bottom kayaks are the clearest and most stable available on the Silver River! Featuring a sit-in-top design, they are perfect for paddling in any weather, offering enhanced stability and increased comfort for paddlers. The transparent hull allows for underwater viewing all the way to the riverbed, even in the deepest springs!

This activity is designed for those who have already participated in our guided tour, are experienced paddlers, and can navigate independently. While enjoying this activity, you’ll share the water with alligators, turtles, various fish species, and birds. Our glass-bottom kayaks provide the chance to observe these “locals” in their natural environment without entering the water! (Swimming is not permitted at this location)

• Children or extra paddlers without a proper reservation will be turned away on site
