• Pickups and drop-offs are available from Colombo, Negombo, or nearby areas.
• Please share your exact pickup location when booking.
• Public transport options are available near most pickup points if needed.
• Infant seats can be arranged on request for multi-day bookings (2–20 days). Not available for one-way transfers.
• Infants must travel on an adult’s lap unless a seat is pre-booked.
• Oversized luggage such as surfboards or golf bags may have space limits—please check with us before travel.
• All vehicles are modern, clean, and air-conditioned, prepared and inspected before each journey.
• Drivers in Sri Lanka normally work around 10–12 hours per day; please discuss your daily plans directly with your driver.
• The driver will assist with luggage and ensure your trip runs safely and smoothly.
• For airport pickups, your driver will meet you in the Arrivals Paging Area, holding a sign with your name. (Not applicable for one-way drop-offs.)
• For hotel pickups, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message when the driver reaches the lobby.
• Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp with driver and vehicle details.
• Please share your WhatsApp number when booking for easy communication during your trip.
• Each package includes a daily mileage allowance designed to comfortably cover your planned route. Extra kilometres can be added at a low per-kilometre rate if needed.
• Entry tickets, meals, and personal expenses are not included in the vehicle rate.
• Drivers follow all safety and traffic rules to ensure a relaxed and secure journey.
• This experience is suitable for most travelers, though not advised for those with serious heart conditions.
