The sunrise from the top... - The sunrise from the top of Pidurangala Rock was stunning, and the view of Sigiriya Rock in the morning light was unforgettable. The tuk-tuk arrived on time despite the early hour, and the driver also took me to a nearby stupa and a scenic wetland with a great view of Sigiriya.

False advertisement! It’s just drop off and pick up… - I chose this “tour” cause I didn’t want to do the hike alone in the dark. In the description of the “tour” it says: “We'll take you to the top of Pidurangala Rock….But that's not all! Our friendly guide will join you and share fascinating stories about the historical background of Pidurangala….We'll head to a stunning lake that offers a perfect viewpoint of both Sigiriya and Pidurangala Rock” this is a joke!! The driver picked me up in a safari car, not a tuk tuk, he was parking the car and I was waiting for him cause he said he was coming. Waited 20 min and just started walking because I didn’t want to miss the sunrise. I texted the company and they said the driver usually doesn’t go on the hike with the person… that’s literally why I booked this tour! After some back and forward the driver met me at the end of the hike to walk the last bit but I might as well could’ve done it alone… 25 dollars just for transport is a scam! Do yourself a favor and don’t book with this company, find yourself a better one

False advertisement and scamming… don’t boom with them - Don’t go with this company cause it’s just false advertisment! I booked a “Pidurangala Sunset or Sunrise Tour by Tuk-Tuk” via viator thinking I would be picked up and dropped off and the driver/guide would climb with me to the top. I didn’t want to go alone in the dark, that’s why I booked the tour. In the description of the “tour” it says: “We'll take you to the top of Pidurangala Rock….But that's not all!
