In total, there are 153 Buddha statues, three statues of Sri Lankan kings, and four statues of gods and goddesses.

Perfect Blend Of History Nature And Wildlife. - The experience around Sigiriya Rock Fortress felt fascinating from the very beginning especially with the incredible scenery surrounding the rock. Later the peaceful atmosphere inside Dambulla Cave Temple brought a completely different feeling with beautiful historic details throughout the caves. The safari drive during the afternoon added even more excitement with several wildlife sightings across the natural landscape. Time spent exploring these locations in Sri Lanka felt enjoyable relaxing and full of memorable moments.

A Beautiful Couple Day Out from Kandy with Culture and Safari. - As a couple this day trip from Kandy turned out to be one of the most enjoyable parts of our Sri Lanka visit The early drive felt relaxing and the climb at Sigiriya was absolutely worth it for the panoramic views Later the peaceful atmosphere of Dambulla Cave Temple added a cultural touch while the national park safari gave us exciting wildlife moments especially seeing elephants in the open The schedule felt active but well managed making it a lovely experience to share together.
