Unforgettable Experience - Do not leave Fiji without doing this activity. Gosh this was so fun. Captain Jack was amazing and funny. The village experience was fantastic and you actually feel immersed in the culture. A must do while in Fiji!

Fun on the river, Fiji in the village. - The tour itself, on the river and at the village, was fantastic. Captain Jack is a marvellous boat driver and tour guide. Village visit was authentic and the people warm and welcoming. Kava ceremony and lunch were both great. The five 360 spins on the way back were an exciting finish for the tour. The stop at Sigatoka to sign in was okay but the 10 minute stop on the way back was not necessary.

Amazing boat adventure and village tour! - Freddie, our boat captain was friendly, knowledgeable and a crazy fun driver! Visiting a local village was a highlight! We danced, ate local cuisine and drank cava. Would highly recommend!

We did the Sigatoka River... - We did the Sigatoka River Safari on 22/09 and it was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the whole experience was so much fun and truly unforgettable. We both enjoyed every moment — it was the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and laughter.
A real highlight was how the team celebrated my partner David’s birthday, which made the day feel extra special. The effort they put in really meant a lot to us. And of course, we can’t forget Captain Jack!! he was fantastic and absolutely made the day with his humour, energy, and amazing hosting.
We would highly recommend the Sigatoka River Safari to anyone visiting Fiji. It’s an experience not to be missed!

Great Jet Boat tour. Highlight of Fiji - Amazing jet boat tour! We had a great time. Our boat guide was just the best! He was so informative. The village tour was very interesting.
We had an issue at the end of our boat portion of the tour where we booked also a cave tour to follow our boat tour. However, they lost our second part of the reservation and we were sent back home on a bus without the cave tour. We got a partial refund a few days later from TripAdvisor. So we are a bit sad that we did not see the caves. However, things like this sometimes happen.

Humbling Experience - What a fantastic trip!
A real insight into Fiji culture and village life.
It was truly memorable and very humbling too.
From the moment we were picked up, everyone was Fiji friendly!
The ride upto the jet boat was great. GI Joe ,’our driver and Lesley were hilarious.
Then onto the boat with skipper, Josephine, she was great.
Ange stopped the boat several times to explain the sights etc.
We arrived at the village and were greeting by Simeli, a really lovely guy.
He was our guide. I had been made Chief of our party, everyone called me chief too. It was lovely.
We met the elders and were greeting into the village and involved in the rituals and customs.
The village all gathered and had cooked for us.
They sang and danced. They danced with us, the visitors too. It was all good fun.
We left with a very warm feeling indeed.
Then finally we travelled back down the river in the jet boat.
It was one of the most memorable experiences that I have ever done.
It’s good to know too that we were helping their community too.

A must do, don’t miss out - Andrew runs a great operation, and this tour definitely ranks amongst the top 5 of all tours out of 40+ countries….a must do!

Great fun! - Loved this experience. Great story telling, not all of it was Bula #&% 🤣
The village and kava session was both educational and humbling. The immersive village experience was lovely.
Take gifts for the village or some small denomination notes to leave for their hospitality.
Thoroughly recommend.

Thrilling Ride and Cultural Experience in One - The Sigatoka River Jet Boat Safari was an absolute must-do experience. The jet boat ride itself was thrilling, with spins and speed that got everyone laughing and cheering, while still feeling very safe. The scenery along the river was stunning, giving a unique view of Fiji’s natural beauty.
What made it even more memorable was the cultural experience. Visiting a local village, meeting the people, and sharing in their traditions and hospitality was truly heartwarming. The guides were exceptional – entertaining, informative, and clearly passionate about what they do.
This tour perfectly combines adventure with cultural immersion. If you’re in Fiji, don’t miss it – it’s an experience you’ll treasure.

Don't miss this Fiji opportunity! - Absolutely outstanding! Captain Fini gave us a delightful tour and is a need for speed, fantastic captain. She had such skill navigating the boat and made sure we had lots of splashes and fun. Rick was the chief of the day for the village and was treated with respect and honor. The village visit was a very moving testimony to ceremony and tFiji tradition. ( Highly recommend bring a gift monetary or other to the village that provide a welcome ceremony & local cuisine lunch) Absolutely glad we did not miss this opportunity. Be sure to ask for Captain Fini , she is a mixture of resource for culture respect and knowledge.
