- Azienda Agricola La Lastra - In the cellar, the fundamental concepts for producing quality wine will be explored, examining the chemical, physical, and microbiological aspects of our wines throughout the key stages of the process from grape to wine: stemming-crushing, alcoholic fermentation, maceration, malolactic fermentation, racking off, stabilizing, bottling, and refinement.
- Azienda Agricola La Lastra - In our well-equipped tasting room, four of our organic wines, each typical of the region, will be sampled to appreciate all the sensory notes using sight, smell, and taste. This is a celebration of perceptions to highlight what is most cherished about wine: the intricate world of emotions.
- Azienda Agricola La Lastra - The tasting will conclude with a “light lunch” pairing wine and food. Seasonal menus will be offered to delight the palate and promote health, pairing dishes with one of our wines and our organic extra-virgin olive oil.

Gorgeous winery with a delightful and informative host! - My daughter and I were in Siena for two days and visiting a Tuscan winery was definitely on our must-do list! We could not have chosen a better experience or a more beautiful setting. The wine, the “light lunch”, the tour, and our host were all perfect! If you’re staying in Siena and looking for a winery visit, we highly recommend this one! You won’t be disappointed!

Put this at the top of your list! - Wow… just wow. After visiting four other wineries, Gianluigi made us realize what we’d been missing. His explanation carried real depth—knowledge, history, passion—beautifully connected from start to finish. We learned sooo much! The wine tasting and food pairing was incredibly well done! If --- more like when --- we return to Tuscany we will for sure return La Lastra! Highly recommend this tour/tasting to anyone who wants a deeper knowledge of the wine making process!

Must do! - Maia was very passionate about wine but especially hers. We learned a lot about organic wine production. We tasted so wonderful wines and had one of the best meals of our trip. Would definitely recommend.

Great, informative tour - This was a great tour that showcased wines and olive oils of the region. A lot of wineries focus on their own history and processes, but this one went into a lot of general wine principles, including proper tasting methods, pairing, etc. The light lunch was very delicious as well. Highly recommend this tour.

I really enjoyed the wine... - I really enjoyed the wine tasting - beautiful setting, wonderful host, great wines and delicious lunch. It worked well as a solo traveller to share in the experience with others visiting Siena.

The experience was the... - The experience was the perfect balance. We learned a lot about the bio wine process, but it also wasn’t too long. The tasting was great and so was the food. Recommend to everyone. Btw, maya was an amazing guide, super interactive and educational.

Definitely a go! - It was very informative and fun. Nothing but laughter and good food and of course wine! Beautiful views as well for pictures. Had a good time! They even provide shipping to your home and I live in the USA.
