Great experience - My husband and I did this class during our short stay in Siena and had a great experience. We did the 1030 AM class figuring we could have lunch as part of it - and I'm so glad we did lunch. We were so full at the end! It was good to walk around a bit after. We ended up being the only 2 people in the class which was fun. The instruction was great and everything was set up and ready for us. Once we made the 3 different pastas and the tiramisu, we went down to the restaurant to eat it. We ended up not being able to finish it all and were thankful for a to-go box (it made for a great dinner later!). We also were able to get the recipes (on a QR code) so that we could make it on our own later. I would highly recommend this class.

Nice experience - All very nice, from the techniques taught to make the 3 types of pasta, to the assembly of tiramisu, up to dinner with the food created, very good and abundant. Our teacher very knowledgeable and nice, experience that I highly recommend.

this was a last minute ... - this was a last minute booking, and wow was it worth it.
the chef was fantastic, we learnt so much and had so much fun. people who complain about not learning how to cook the sauces are redicoulous. you have a certain amount of time to learn pasta making and it was definitely achieved.
we were lucky enough that they accompanied beautiful sauces with each pasta we cooked. The desert was outstanding. such a wonderful conclusion to our holiday

Fun!!! - We really enjoyed our cooking class. Some of the pasta was tough to make but the teachers helped. The most fun was going to the restaurant after where they had cooked our food. Hanging out with the others in the class was fun!

Pasta and tiramisu - what's not to love? - This turned out better than expected because there were only two of us in the class, allowing for real individual attention. We made three kinds of pasta and then tiramisu. The pasta dessert we made was then served to us for lunch. I wish we had actually made the spinach filling for the ravioli (it was brought out already in a pastry bag) and likewise, the tiramisu was really just assembly after the filling was already made by others. The food was wonderful though and I enjoyed the experience.

The facility and food was... - The facility and food was very good, however Dennis the host chef was inconsiderate and used inappropriate language and lewd jokes. He was trying too hard to be funny - his jokes were not appreciated by some of us.

A low-end experience, animated by a jaded young man - Insignificant lecture, given by a young man from Bosnia-Herzogovina, jaded, who openly says that he finds this job boring and that he does not like the French, but especially the Parisians. An expensive yet terribly low-end experience. We do not recommend.
