Boat Tour from Pender Island - Dieter picked up our family (13 and 16 year old) and two friends at Pender Island and took us out for a great day at Saturna Island, visit to Cabbage Island and around Pender Island. Very comfortable boat for our party of 6. Dieter is a knowledgeable captain and felt safe the entire time.

Awesome Day - Felt like Dieter (the host) was family - Dieter was an incredible host taking us through our adventure for the day as if we were boating around the Gulf Islands with a brother or uncle. First stop was the Salt Spring Island and market which was fantastic and a lovely little town to walk around in. He then toured us in what was a very smooth riding, clean and bigger than expected, beautiful boat around all the islands, through islets and under bridges to Piets Cove. We shared a drink and dessert together while the kids ran around enjoying the property then back to shore. He got us back to shore on time to head to Buchart Gardens to put our blankets out, see the gardens and enjoy the fireworks show in comfort! Fantastic day, perfect host and smooth riding boat around some very scenic islands.

Unforgettable Team Day on the Water - We booked a private boat tour with Birds of a Feather Marine as a team outing and had an absolutely incredible experience. Captain Dieter was fantastic—professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the islands. He made the day feel both relaxed and special from the moment we stepped aboard.
Our trip included a lunch stop on Salt Spring Island and a quick drink at Poets Cove on Pender Island. The timing of everything was perfect—just enough time to explore without ever feeling rushed. The scenery along the way was stunning, and being out on the water was such a refreshing change of pace for our whole team.
This was a truly memorable way to connect as a team while enjoying some of the best the Gulf Islands have to offer. Highly recommend!!

A great day on the water! - I had the opportunity to go out on a charter with my work team and it was nothing short of amazing!
First we ventured over to salt spring island where we stopped at the marine and walked over to a lovely restaurant for a delicious lunch!
After that we made our way over to Pender Island where we stopped for some cheese cake and drinks!
Dieter was an incredible guide and captain! Friendly, professional, and made everyone feel safe out on the water! You can tell that he’s truly passionate about what he does!
The boat was also very comfortable with seating inside and outside!
The whole experience was perfectly put together, it was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!
I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a great experience out on the water!

This tour is what Perfect would dream of if it was a person. - This tour was astonishingly good. Marvellous. Dieter is a vessel of human magic and made our engagement even more memorable. If it was an option I’d give a 100/10 rating and I’d be happy to pay double for this experience again. We got Lucky and seen some wildlife, breathtaking views and met the coolest tour guide.
If you’re not from Victoria do yourself a favour and tear up what ever itinerary you’ve curated from influencers on social media and ask Dieter what to do. Thank me later.
