Sidi Ifni - Sidi Ifni – A Coastal Town with Sandy Beaches
Located 160 kilometers southwest of Agadir, Sidi Ifni is a charming, tranquil coastal town surrounded by arid desert landscapes. Known as the “Gateway to the Sahara,” it has a population of around 21,000. Sidi Ifni has a rich Spanish history, having been a Spanish fishing base twice, in 1476 and 1934 under General Franco, which is why Spanish is more commonly spoken than French.

Tiznit - Tiznit, also known as Tiznet, is a city in southern Morocco.
Located about 90 kilometers south of Agadir, between the foothills of the Anti-Atlas and the Atlantic Ocean, it is accessible via National Highway 1 (N 1). Upon reaching the first roundabout, head towards Centre Ville to find yourself in Tiznit’s vibrant center after a short drive. As the administrative seat of its province, Tiznit has a population of approximately 55,000. The city is renowned for its silver jewelry and weapon craftsmanship, including daggers and sabers. Market day on Thursday transforms the old city center and the large Place el Mechouar into a colorful scene, attracting many visitors.

DAY 1: AGADIR - TIZNIT - LEGZIRA - EL BORJ

Begin the desert tour with a visit to a Berber village as the journey departs from Agadir towards El Borj, passing through Tiznit and Lagzira.

Make a brief stop in Tiznit, known as the “silver town,” followed by lunch at Legzira Beach, renowned as one of Africa’s most scenic beaches. After lunch, continue the drive to the dunes of El Borj to witness the breathtaking sunset and spend the night in tents amidst the desert.

DAY 2: EL BORJ - TIGHMERT - AGADIR

Following breakfast, there is an option to explore the area on a camel ride and discover ancient structures carved into rocks.

Next, travel to the oasis of Tighmert to visit the kasbah of nomads, once a bustling hub for caravans.

After enjoying tea, the journey back to Agadir commences, with an estimated arrival time of around 6 PM.
