As they travel through quaint mountain villages, they will enjoy breathtaking views of the Sicilian countryside, abundant with orange and lemon groves, olive and almond trees, and charming houses and ancient churches crafted from lava stone. The first stop will be at a venue where a sommelier will introduce the wine production process. Guests will savor 3 Etna DOC wines paired with an assortment of local bread rolls filled with sun-dried tomatoes and olives. With a stunning view of Etna, the journey continues to the second venue, another remarkable Etna winery. Here, a professional sommelier will guide a tasting of 4 regional wines, complemented by a traditional “tagliere” of local products and pasta. The tour proceeds to the final venue, a winery exuding authentic charm, where guests will taste 3 red and white wines accompanied by fresh local appetizers, including cheeses, meat delicacies, olives, olive oil, and fresh bread. After the tour, the guide will return guests to their accommodation.
