Identify various food processing tools. Make chili powder with a Qing Dynasty pestle; experience making bean curd pudding with a grinding machine and enjoy delicious spicy or sweet bean curd pudding.
Activity 7- 11:30(15:30) Sichuan Cuisine Cooking Class
Dress as a Chinese Chef and learn to make 3 Sichuan dishes, mastering cutting skills, heat control, and the cooking process, with personal guidance from a Museum specialist. Dishes include: Kung Pao chicken, Mapo Tofu, Pumpkin steamed dumplings, Daqian dry-braised fish, and boiled beef in chili sauce. Graduate with your first Chinese Chef certificate as a ‘Master of Chuancais’.

Relish the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by free fruits, red wine, alcohol with special pharmacological functions brewed with traditional Chinese herbs, beverages, fruit and vegetable juice, and covered tea.
