Lake Bled day trip. - We weren't rushed, and sites where wonderful. The guide was great, knowledgeable and gave us plenty of opportunities to stop and see things. It is worth paying for everything because you will want to see them all. The cake was great as well

Lake Bled tour review - It was a great tour , in a nice small group. Mia the tour operator was welcoming , friendly, funny and informative . The early start was good as we got to lake Bled first and enjoyed a lovely quiet boat trip and time on the island, others arriving as we left. It was nice to sit and have cream cake on the island and chat with others on the tour . Such a beautiful tranquil place and keen to go back .

Wait for the cake! Extra hint: Ask the guide for reliable recommendations for local restaurants, if you want to eat tasty local food.

Fabulous Tour - This was a fabulous half day tour and our guide Simona was amazing. She generously shared so much knowledge of Slovenia, Ljubljana and Lake Bled with us which really added to our experience. We loved the all inclusive tour as all tickets etc were all taken care of and we enjoyed the cream cake at Bled Castle. The tour was really well paced, plenty of time to enjoy all activities and not be rushed.

A must do experience in Slovenia! - Excellent tour. Our guide was exceptional, really good local knowledge. Efficient, but also enough time at each stop, didn’t feel rushed. Lots of information given on initial drive to castle, but didn’t feel too much. I would really recommend this tour to experience the castle, boat ride, island and some free time at Lake Bled. There is no hidden extras, everything including refreshments of water and even a bled cake were included.

Lake Bled & Castle Tour - Fantastic trip, minibus arrived bang on 7.30am, small group of lovely people, with a wonderful informative and entertaining guide. We did the all inclusive, which covered the entrance to the castle, amaaaaazing cake and boat trip. Then just over an hour to mooch along the Bled promenade. Would highly recommend!

All-Inclusive Tour to Lake Bled from Ljubljana - Fantastic full-day tour that ticks most of the boxes for a memorable Lake Bled experience. We visited Bled Castle, took a Pletna boat ride to the island, and spent quality time exploring the lakeside scenery. The iconic Bled cream cake at the castle restaurant was included in the price and comes with a stunning view over the lake — a real highlight. The guide was a standout: knowledgeable not only about Lake Bled’s history and attractions, but also about Slovenian traditions and the area around Ljubljana. Their personal stories about growing up near the mountains brought a warm, local flavour to the trip. Transport was comfortable and punctual — a big, clean van that got us where we needed to go without stress. The group size (about eight plus the guide) felt social without being too crowded, and it was easy to chat with fellow travellers along the way. A couple of areas could’ve been clearer: The meeting point description (“outside of city hotel Ljubljana”) could have been more specific, which would help avoid any last-minute stress about missing the group. Access to some parts of the island — like the church tower and wishing bell — wasn’t included in the tour price, which wasn’t fully clear upfront. It’s a nice experience if you choose to pay extra, but it would’ve been helpful to know that in advance. Overall this was excellent value for £97. Well organised, enjoyable, and with genuine local insight — definitely recommended if you want a seamless way to experience Lake Bled in a day from Ljubljana.
