The activity itself was... - The activity itself was great but the check in process was chaotic. There were multiple groups in the square and it was difficult to determine where to find the group. I would suggest having a sign. We wasted 45 minutes with just the organization. This could’ve been avoided with a sign with the tour name on it. The experience of the waterfalls was fun! I do recommend people to see and experience walking up the waterfalls.

Great family experience - Very nice place. We took an afternoon trip. There were some people but still no problem to get pictures. I was there with my family, wife and 2 kids on 5 and 8 they loved it. The steeper climbs is only allowed at the age of 7. We had a very good trip

We loved it! - This is a MUST DO! The tour was so very much worth it! Bas was so fun and kind and helped us up and knew every which way to go! He also took a ton of pics (all good ones) and sent them to us! The bus was comfortable to and from! Buy the tour!

Great time with Mr M! - Enjoyed the visit to the falls with Mr M. He was friendly, took great photos, and let us go through the falls a second time! Next time would bring a swimsuit and shorts- if he had shared this with me beforehand it would have been helpful.

Super fun and unique activity with great guide - Super cool waterfall that you get to climb easily due to calcium carbonate deposits making the rock surface coarse and non-slippery, albeit the flowing water. The guide, Mr M, was super nice and helpful, taking tons of pictures so we don’t have to take our cellphones with us. He even helped a few kids in front of us who were afraid and caused a line to queue. 10/10 would recommend

Experience/guide/waterfalls were great - driver was two thumbs down. Eddie was great! His asst was a reckless driver. - This experience would have been a five if it weren’t for our driver. The falls themselves and the park were beautiful, and the guide Eddie was fantastic. However, our driver was reckless- on his phone/Tiktok while driving and almost crashed so many times. Finally someone in our group said something, but not until after I was considerably car sick and scared. Again, Eddie was awesome and made the rest of the tour really fun. He needs a new assistant.

It was a bit crowded being peak season but that was expected we still enjoyed. - It’s just a ride too and from the waterfall. It was a small an old car. May be cheaper ways to get there but they got the job done.

The waterfall is a nice activity and the tour ok. - The waterfall was beautiful. There is also a lot going on in the morning but with occasional waiting, I occasionally had the view of the waterfall without other people. Mr. M the guide was nice. He said at the beginning he was taking pictures of us, because he is quite quickly up the waterfall and I stopped now and then, I lost the connection. After that, I didn't find him again to ask him anything, until the departure. At the beginning there was a little discussion with the group as he said we had 1 hour at the waterfall but online 2 hours stand. Due to the traffic and the fact that he still had to refuel on the way out, the time has shortened somewhat but ultimately he gave us 1.5 hours. The waterfall is already worthwhile and the source but also I had imagined it a little differently.

Top Waterfalls - The Waterfalls are fantastic.... The guide is actually a driver; he leaves you at the place and wait u on the card. The Park close at 4.30 p.m. so the time that you have there doing the afternoon tour is actually 1,5 H
