Forbidden City - The Palace Museum - Begin your day with a morning pickup around 7:00 am from your hotel within Beijing’s second ring road. Your bus group tour starts at the Forbidden City, a remarkable national architectural treasure. The main impressive buildings align on the meridian line facing south, dating from the Ming to the Qing dynasty.

Temple of Heaven - Spend approximately one hour exploring the central axis, walking from south to north. Discover traditional Chinese medicine culture at the health & Chinese medicine center before visiting the magnificent Temple of Heaven. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then visit a pearl gallery to learn about its significance in Chinese culture and history.

Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - Conclude your tour with a visit to the Summer Palace, then return to your hotel.

Ming Tomb and Mutianyu Great Wall

Ming Tombs (Ming Shishan Ling) - Your day tour begins with a pickup from your hotel within Beijing’s second ring road by your group guide in an air-conditioned vehicle around 7:00 am. Explore the Ming Tombs, a series of mausoleums built by the Ming dynasty emperors. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and learn about China’s jade history and culture at a Jade factory. Later, visit the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall.

The Great Wall at Badaling - Take in the scenic countryside views as you pass through a village. The Great Wall here features more impressive watchtowers than usual. Ascend to the top of the mountain via cable car (at your own expense). Spend time walking on the wall and taking photos before heading back to Beijing. On the way, enjoy a traditional tea ceremony at a Chinese tea house. The tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel in the central city.

Lama Temple and Jingshan Park

Lama Temple (Yonghegong) - Start your day with a morning pickup from your hotel in Beijing’s downtown area at 7:00 am. Explore the Lama Temple, a mysterious Tibetan-style Buddhist temple with eight stunning Buddha halls filled with exquisite carvings and sacred objects. Visit a local silk factory to learn about ancient Chinese silk history and knowledge. Enjoy a Chinese lunch at an authentic restaurant.
