Flexibility and services ok - I used the transportation to shop in Paraguay and bought a ticket to itaipu with Loumar. They have personal care in the city's major hotels. I had unforeseen and needed to change the dates of the tours, they were super quick and attentive. The transportation to Paraguay was great, good bus, lively guide and passing tips on the way. Return at the scheduled time, everything OK.

Amazing!!!! - The tour of Paraguay was better than expected, it is worth seeing this country besides shopping. The Paraguayan waterfalls are beautiful.

All right - Our experience was very good, from the sale, at the stand (table) in the lobby of the Bogari hotel, to the transport itself. We also purchased our entries to the water park, very easy and practical.

Excellent - Excellent Service, punctual, new cars and attentive staff. Particularly Gaby, extremely friendly and attentive.

Attentive and enlightening - We made the purchases we proposed and the operator was waiting at the appointed place and time. Very correct.

Conflict of information on purchase and on tour - We bought the shopping transfer in Ciudad del Este with scheduling on the day of the return of our trip and, we asked if scheduling the return time for the 16h we would be in the hotel until 17:30. The Cover who attended us via chat gave guarantee that we would be off at this time. However on the day of the tour, when we were to confirm the return we asked the guide again, he responded very grossly that he could not guarantee the time of our return due to the border and customs saying that everything could happen and that he would not be held responsible for our delay for return. We replied saying that the sales sector had said the opposite and that for this reason we had chosen the day of the return of the trip to visit Paraguay, the guide replied that the Sales had lied. In addition to little ethical I was quite badly impressed with the lack of commitment. For those people who have never understood ... in the tours that are made passing the borders of Paraguay and Argentina the best option is to hire agencies for translation, and not go by account, this because in addition to these agencies to know and thus avoid certain perrengues of the tours, they also manage to circulate in an alternative to the cars and thus have better permeability in the places, in fact you do not pay the transportation only but the accesses and knowledge of guides and companies. For this reason we find very unsuitable the care for the transfer offered by Loumar in this situation. We did not indicate because they offered for our tour the go and go with a printed guide, which although very useful, still does not compare the company of one Cover during our tour on site.

Bad experience - All the tours we made with Loumar were great and we left early, however this trip to Paraguay was absurd. On the day when it was necessary to leave early, since there is a huge queue at the entrance and when you want to make the most of the time available, we left at 8:30 and arrived there more than 10:00 to return at 13:00. If there is any earlier time for this tour we were not informed. It was very boring to spend just 3 hours doing everything in a hurry. The ideal would be to get out well on that day, it was an unpleasant experience. Better get along with a taxi to take, wait and come back. It's worth more.
