At the scheduled time, clients are picked up from their hotels. During the journey, the driver typically provides helpful information, such as:

• Guidelines for using electronic devices

This information is available from both our sales team and the drivers. Additionally, a printed guide is provided to help navigate the map even after being dropped off at Ciudad del Este.

Return times are available at 1:00, 3:00, 5:00, and 7:00 PM.

The transfer service will collect you from your hotel and drop you off at Ciudad del Este. There, you can explore a wide range of electronic products, home goods, toys, and more. For international customers: there is no stop at immigration.
