Great for large parties - Hiroko was very helpful and patient with our large party. She was very knowledgeable. We got very lucky with seeing Mt. Fuji. The places that she took us was great and beautiful. We were visiting the city through a cruise. It was great that we were brought to places that were not crowded. I would recommend this tour if you have a large party and want to go to non busy areas.

It rained all day, but... - It rained all day, but our tour guide did an amazing job continuing with the group. We were a group of 21. We had a private bus to ourselves. Our bus stopped for us to get ubmbrellas. The tour guide took lots of pictures with /for us. She was so warm and friendly.

Fantastic team and wonderful day! - One of the best tours I've ever had! Hirokane is an A+ communicator and facilitator-he did a fantastic job of helping me plan a day in Shimizu for my extended family of 9. We started planning this months ago and he was an absolute pleasure to work with and kept abreast of when our cruise would be in port (despite the last minute changes for docking and embarking). Miyuki, our guide for the day, was an absolutely lovely. She kept us entertained and was a wealth of knowledge, not only on the sites and traditions that were relevant for our tour, but on general Japanese culture as well. The sing-a-long of "Country Roads" and the clapping sequence she taught us while on our bus at the end of the day will leave us with lasting memories (thank you, Miyuki!) They were timely and easy to communicate with and got us back to our ship at the EXACT time they'd promised. We'd HIGHLY recommend this team!
