Mount Fuji - This was one of the best tours we have possibly ever been on. The communication from start to finish was excellent. Meeting point was just outside the terminal and very close to the ship. Miyuki was our guide for the day and was very knowledgeable of the area and the locations we visited and she also gave us an insight into Japanese culture and her home life. She used props to explain where we were visiting. I would definitely recommend this tour. Thanks again Miyuki

Mt. Fugi and Waterfalls - We did the Mt. Fugi tour with Miyuki and she was wonderful! She was very informative about the Japanese culture while we were in our van between our stops. She has a great sense of humor and was an excellent guide! Would recommend this trip!

Wonderful Lakes Waterfalls and Shrines Tour - We had a wonderful tour with Ms Nobuko as our guide and Mr Yamazaki as our driver. The three sites we visited on the Lakes Waterfalls and Shrines tour were all wonderful. After some wonderful but fast paced days in Tokyo is was refreshing to get out and enjoy some of the beautiful natural wonders Japan has to offer. Whilst we didn’t see Fuji-san in its entirety we got magical views of large parts of the mountain. Ms Nobuko was kind and patient with our group of seven ranging from 5 years old to 53 years old. Her wealth of knowledge enhanced our visit and gave us valuable insight into the places we were visiting. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the area around Shimizu Port during a cruise or other trip.

- Great tour organizer - very easy and great booking experience. We had an amazing with Kiyo around Mount Fuji. We were five kids and three adults, and she took very well care about teaching us about all the things that are important. She has a set of cards with very colorful explanations and was not shy to answer all the questions we have the kids had.

Awesome views of Mt Fuji with an intimate experience at the Kanpuzan Ryuge-ji temple AND an awe-inspiring beach time. - THANK YOU to our guide Ms Hiroko who was absolutely wonderful, showing us the best views of Mt. Fuji. We were early so we arrived before the crowds and were able to take our time and truly be immersed in the Kanpuzan Ryuge-ki temple and its beautiful gardens. My 7yo was able to feed the koi. He also enjoyed the beach so much that he almost cried when it was time to go. On the opposite spectrum, Ms Hiroko also catered to the needs of my elderly mother and took extra time and a quick stop to find her special snacks that she's been craving. My husband and I felt that we gained a deeper understanding and appreciation of the area's culture and beauty. We also stopped for a few minutes at a convenience store where Ms Hiroko aided me in completing a purchase of parade tickets (something that could not be done in the United States). Thank you so much for your personalized attention, care, and professionalism. It was AMAZING!

AWESOME MT FUJI TOUR! - This tour was EXCELLENT! Communication was great, we were met right off the cruise ship as promised. Our guide was Kiyo and she was exceptional. Her English is very good and she worked hard not only to show us beautiful sights, but teach us about Japan. It is about a 50 min drive to the lake and while it was overcast and rainy by the ship, Mt Fuji was out in all its glory at the lake. Honestly, even if the mountain was covered, the lake view was still worth it. She mentioned that if we would have taken the shorter tour we would not have seen the mountain from that vantage point. Afterwards we went to the waterfalls, shrine and then made a short stop to taste different types of sake. While it was unbearably hot in Kyoto the day before, the weather was very nice in Shimizu. It was one of our very favorite days on our trip. Worth every penny! Thank you for such an excellent tour.
