Departure from Tokyo & Fireworks Festival Adventure

Oginoya Suwa - The tour will pause at the Oginoya Suwa branch for a lunch break. Meals are not included in the tour package, so guests are encouraged to enjoy lunch at their own expense.

Lake Suwa Fireworks - Following the stop at Oginoya, the journey continues to the Suwako Fireworks Festival venue. This festival is renowned as one of Japan’s largest fireworks displays, featuring over 40,000 fireworks, the most in the nation. The fireworks show will commence at 7:00 p.m. Until then, guests are welcome to explore the festival area independently.

Return to Shinjuku by Overnight Bus

Shinjuku - Once the fireworks display concludes, guests will board the overnight bus back to Shinjuku. Blankets and slippers are provided to ensure a comfortable journey. The bus is expected to arrive at the Shinjuku Station West Exit area in the morning.

Secure reserved seating close to the launch site for an immersive experience of one of Japan’s largest fireworks displays, featuring more than 40,000 fireworks. Depart from Tokyo’s Shinjuku Post Office and enjoy a lunch break at Oginoya Suwa branch, renowned for its kamameshi (meal not included). Discover the festival area before the fireworks commence at 7:00 p.m., with stunning displays such as the giant over-water fireworks and the renowned two-kilometer-long “Niagara” display. After the event, return to Shinjuku by overnight bus, with blankets and slippers provided for your comfort.

• Please note that due to anticipated large crowds and traffic delays, the tour schedule—including the arrival time at the fireworks venue—may change without prior notice.
• The decision to cancel the fireworks event will be made by the Fireworks Executive Committee early on the day of the festival. If the event is called off, you may be notified either in the morning or upon arrival at the meeting point by the staff.
• In case the event is canceled on the same day, any transportation or other expenses you incur to reach the meeting point cannot be reimbursed.
• If the cancellation is announced after the bus has already departed, the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Seats in the viewing area are on the ground only. Please bring a mat or cushion for comfort. (Please note that folding chairs are prohibited.)
• For rainy weather, please bring a raincoat or poncho. Umbrellas are not permitted as they may block the view of other guests and cause inconvenience.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will leave punctually and will not wait for late arrivals under any circumstances.
• If you arrive late or go to the wrong meeting location—even if you contact us in advance—refunds may not be issued.
• In general, we do not send out confirmation emails prior to departure. If you would like more information or need to clarify something, please contact us and we will send you the relevant details.
• Please adhere to the scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect all customers’ time.
