Great tour - This tour was great and well organised. We saw many turtles and lots of fish. Only negative was that it was a speedboat and not a catamaran as advertised. Staff, equipment and safety were excellent. Would definately recommend.

New snorkeler experience - Took my Brother in law and his family on this trip. His two daughters, 9 and 11, had a blast. They were born on Okinawa, but never gone to Keramas before.

Great experience - I was skeptical after reading other reviews, but we had an excellent experience on a 1/2 day snorkel tour. The staff were very nice, especially with our three young kids. The boat was clean and nice. The snorkeling equipment was not the best, but just as expected for a large/semi- inexpensive tour. The sea life and coral were amazing. The bad part was that I dont think we actually went all the way to the Kerama islands and we spent 1.5hr at the same sight, when we could have easily done two sites in the alloted time. Overall, great experience (esp for the price)

Nice snorkeling - Nice trip but should have chosen a full day trip. The boat transport was too long, only time for one spot for snorkeling. Beautiful spot with colorful corals and fish. Nice personnel on the boat with high security. If you have US size 11 or above you should bring your own Swim fins because the included were too small.

Fisrt time snorkeling - Good experience to watch some marine life for a first time snorkeling adventure. The crew was very attentive and very helpful with an unfortunate incident I had (nothing's serious). I just wished we could have visited more locations.

Only buy if you have nothing better to do - The water is transparent and beautiful, the tour staff is excellent, but the place we stopped there were no fish. It wasn't worth it!

Provider with questionable procedures and lack of education and respect for marine conservation - As someone with significant experience in both snorkeling and diving across various parts of the world, I feel compelled to share my recent experience in hopes that it helps others make informed choices — and encourages the operator to reflect on their practices. First, the boat was severely overcrowded — around 40 people — with not enough seating under the deck. Many guests had no option but to stay on the upper deck, exposed to the intense sun for hours. For the price of 75 EUR (not including lunch or shuttle), I expected a far more comfortable and considerate setup. Second, the organization and communication onboard were poor. Aside from one guide who introduced herself, the rest of the staff remained nameless and disengaged. There was no clear safety briefing at the start, no explanation of emergency procedures (e.g., what to do in case of a cramp or panic), and — most concerningly — no headcount before or after entering the water. While I’m confident in the water, this lack of structure would be alarming and unsafe for beginners. However, the most disturbing aspect of the trip was the disregard for marine conservation during the diving portion. I observed multiple guests wearing gloves and physically touching corals, often kicking them with their fins. This behavior is not only damaging but unacceptable. In every responsible dive operation I’ve been part of, touching marine life is strictly forbidden — often grounds to end a dive. Here, it seemed encouraged or at the very least ignored. Even more troubling, the dive guide who was filming the group witnessed this behavior firsthand and did nothing to stop it. This points to a deeper issue with diver education and reef protection — and raises serious questions about the safety and professionalism of the operation as a whole. A PADI license, such as the Open Water certification, does not authorize divers to touch or interfere with marine ecosystems. The “look but don’t touch” rule exists for a reason — to protect both the ocean and the people exploring it. It was heartbreaking to see such neglect and disrespect toward the marine environment. This kind of tourism harms the very things we come to appreciate. I hope the company re-evaluates its training, group sizes, safety protocols, and environmental standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this provider.
