Great way to spend a day in Shenzhen! - Had one free day in Shenzhen and wanted to see what it's most famous for... Technology! I booked it super last minute but it was no problem. Riley was my tour guide and she was amazing! We had such a great time together and besides the fun tech demos, I learned so much from her about Shenzhen history and culture. She was so knowledgable, speaks perfect English, and really personalized the tour to make sure I had a great experience! Highly recommend including the Electronics Market Exploration. Amazing to see and having the experienced guide who speaks Chinese is really worth it if you plan to buy something!

A taste of the future - It is a cashless, and credit card- less experience……. Everything being paid organized by apps on the phone. It was the first time any of our group had been in a driverless taxi, had coffee delivered to us by a drone, and drank coffee made by a robot. It was a taste of the possible future. I highly recommend this tour.

Echo was really great. We... - Echo was really great. We were coming in tired after a long trip and only for 3 hours in the city and Echo help us fit everything in that time and still be back at the train station with no problems to take our next train. Not only that, but she made it fun and accommodate the walking time to help my parents in their 70's be comfortable. She was really easy to talk and made out time very fun! I completely recommend her for your next tour :)

Extraordinary experience, Best guide! - Riley, our guide is an angel!! She is the best. She waited for us, as we were late, then she explained us everything very well. Her understandable English helps a lot. So, we experinced and enjoyed that time to the maximum. The ride in robotaxi was fantastic, also the drone delivery something enjoyable. Riley deserves 10 Stars😍.

Great tour and would highly recommend. - We recently travelled to Shenzhen and went on this tour with Echo. She was fantastic, friendly, informative and welcoming. It was actually like hanging out with our friend! It was a great afternoon.
We saw the drones leaving from the main hub in shenzhen with food delivers, then went on our ride in our taxi ride which was self driving. Actually a really great and relaxing drive. It was funny because a lot of drivers were looking in our taxi and laughing cause we had no driver! Echo took us to a park which was a warm day and we receive our drone deliver with our drinks that we previously ordered and they were actually still cold!
Finally we went to the flagship stores of the new electric cars built in China. WOW how impressed we were with these cars. My husband is a car enthusiast and loved this!
All round we had a great afternoon. We would highly recommend this tour. Definitely a must if visiting Shenzhen and how futuristic the city is.

Incredible Tech Adventure in Shenzhen. Adam is a Legend! - Incredible Tech Adventure in Shenzhen. Adam is a Legend!
I booked this private tech tour literally hours before it started (super last-minute on a whim) and Adam and the team confirmed with zero hassle. Then disaster struck: I got stuck at the Hong Kong-Shenzhen border for ages waiting for my visa and ended up being almost an hour late. I felt terrible, but Adam waited patiently the entire time, greeted me with a huge smile, and never made me feel rushed or stressed. That alone deserves 10 stars!
Once we started, it was magic. We watched food-drone deliveries launching right in front of us, then hopped into a fully autonomous Pony.ai robotaxi. At the park we rented bikes, pedaled to the drone drop zone, and had a steaming hot coffee delivered by drone while chilling on the grass.
After that we cruised around on bikes some more before hitting the flagship stores: the DJI mega-store with every drone imaginable (and flying them indoors!), the Xiaomi superstore packed with cutting-edge phones, smart home gadgets, and EVs, then the futuristic Nio House where the cars look like spaceships and you can swap batteries in minutes.
Adam’s English is flawless, his knowledge of Shenzhen’s tech scene is good, and his energy and good humor never dipped even after my rough start.
If you’re even remotely into tech, gadgets, EVs, drones, or just seeing the future being built right now, book this tour with Adam immediately. Worth every penny and more. Thank you, Adam. You’re the best! 🚀🤖🇨🇳

Shenzhen technological tour - This has been one of the best tours I’ve ever had. Adam was really kind and friendly, he showed us more than the tour provided and spent well above the time we expected. Adam went above and beyond and helped me film a phenomenal video for my social media!

Great experience - I had a great tour with Riley. She took us to ride the driverless taxi, which was very unique. We visited various stores from different tech brands which was interesting, and we walked along the Shenzhen Bay area. Overall it was a very nice experience.

It was a pleasant... - It was a pleasant experience and Jade didn't rush us when we stayed in inno100 for a long time! Jade was very attentive and answered all our questions and gave us insight into the 'cities' within Shenzhen.
